With 25 years of business experience from start-ups to large B2B enterprises, Kris works with leaders and organizations to grow to optimal potential.

Most recently, she has served as Chief Operating Officer of venture backed startups in the biotech and ad tech space, charting strategy, leading high impact growth initiatives, building scale-able systems and driving improved financial performance. 

Kris started her career in B2B enterprise sales, quickly rising to positions of increased leadership and ultimately to Corporate Officer at Dex Media, where she led industry leading growth on $1.6B in revenue. She was on the management team that led the leveraged buy-out of Dex Media to the Carlyle Group and Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe, consequent IPO and following merger with RH Donnelley, where she served as Lead Transition and Integration Officer.

Kris is co-founder and prior Board President of Smart Girl, Inc. a 501(c)3 leadership organization that has served over ten thousand girls through a partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of America. She was selected by the US State Department to travel to India to work on the ground with women entrepreneurs to accelerate their businesses and grow as leaders.
